This is the first post of mine in this forum.......

I would like to buy a "chaaru kasera" (dont know its english name...) and not sure from where..........I need one made of bamboo or plywood...

For the Bamboo one, you can try the shop opposite to Jacob's (Peter England Showroom ) near Muthoot Plaza.
For the wood (and cloth) traditional styled chair , though I havent seen anywhere, you can try any Furniture stores.

A quick update : I went to furnishing Avenue (Aryasala ) and found there a traditional chaaru kasera! I recommend trying there.

If you dont know the place , its on the road from killipalam (signal) to eastfort through chala market.

I'm looking for a place to travel to this summer. My ideal would be to sit on a sunny, sandy beach reading good books and eating fresh, local fruit. I'd like to go for an extended period, and thus accommodation would have to be very affordable, and flights from London or New York to not be a deal-breaker. I also worry about safety. Any contributions greatly appreciated!!
